Dr Schulte was wonderful, caring and warm. She took time to explain and educate me, and really liste... ned to what I had to share about my lifestyle and how to incorporate that into my eye care. The Casas Adobes staff are all excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable and they were extremely helpful in picking out my new glasses. Thanks to everyone on this team!

I have been going to Dr. Schulte for over 25 years. She is excellent at helping her patients. The s... taff are very helpful and professional. The previous time when I purchased glasses, I received cleaning products for my new glasses. This time, I had to purchase insurance to receive the cleaning solutions for glasses and contacts. Great eye doc (Carole Schulte) who listened to you. Had a prior bad experience elsewhere where I co... uldn’t see l the best and prescribed the wrong prescription & dr wouldn’t change it. So I waited a year and went here. She helped me get back to seeing 20/20. Staff is nice as well.

Seeing negative reviews for this place on some websites and maps made me a little weary but I honest... ly don’t know what those people had problems with, this was easily the best experience I’d ever had with getting my eyes tested and picking out glasses. The whole staff was incredibly nice and helpful, never had to wait more than a few minutes during any parts of the process, from picking out frames to finding the right lens type. Whole process just clicked so well, I was in and out quickly and very satisfied. They also had my contacts and frames ready for pickup just a week after coming in. Best experience I could’ve hoped for.

This office has a fantastic selection of frames and wonderfully helpful and experienced opticians. ... I’m especially grateful to Dina who helped me find exactly the right frame and all the right lens choices for my needs. I was hesitant to try the Acuity progressive lenses but now I’m very happy I listened to Dina’s knowledgeable recommendations. I’m very impressed with the comfort and clarity of vision of these lenses!

Dr. Carol Schulte Is the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to and I’ve been wearing glasses since I... was 3. She’s very patient, knowledgeable and thorough. She explains what she’s doing and why every step of the way. She starts the exam asking if I have questions and is happy to answer any questions i have. I’ve recommended her to anyone who will listen.

This last Saturday was my 1st time coming to Alvernon Optical. I came here because I followed Dr. C... arol Schulte who I used to see at a different organization. Dr. Schulte Is a wonderful physician who is consistently very thorough and personable. She took time to go over the involved anatomy with my problem, and make great recommendations. Dina, the Optician, was the highlight of my visit there. She also is very personable, has a wonderful warm personality, and was very professional and thorough. Dina helped guide me to make the right choices for my lenses and frames. She was an absolute joy. I highly recommend Alvernon Optical on North Oracle for your vision and eye wear needs. Please go see Dr. Schulte and Dina. Your eyes will love you.

Carol Schulte is amazing! She explained everything very thoroughly and took the time out to show me ... diagrams and models of the eye to explain my eye health. She also asked if I had any questions and waited patiently while I thought of some and I felt very heard. Never have I had that at an exam, usually I'm rushed out right away. The staff were very nice and gentle as well. Best practice I've been to in years!

Just had another great annual eye exam with Dr. Carol Schulte. I appreciate that she asks questions ... about how my eyes have been over the past year and doesn’t assume that the computer predicted prescription is correct. She is compassionate about the frustrations of aging eyes and how they can change annually and offers cost-effective solutions.
